"Such good therapy! Walking in the forest, even for a short time, is so wonderful!"

Michelle Downey

"This is a very interesting but easy-to-find walk just outside Campbell River. The trail loops on both sides of the river but note that there are a lot of steps near the BC Hydro installation which could pose a challenge for some (esp. those with strollers, health concerns, etc. ). But it is a lovely walk and there are lots of good views of the river. Tip: In the afternoon, first walk the bank nearest the provincial park so you get the sun when you cross the river and return on the opposite bank."
