Lougheed Town Centre is a practical, mid-sized mall that's evolving with significant redevelopment. It excels in providing everyday essentials and convenient transit access, though it lacks high-end fashion. The new food court is a highlight, offering diverse options in a bright setting. While some find it dated, its accessibility and practical offerings make it a dependable spot for errands and quick shopping.

"This is the good location for shopping for all basic need. There are London Drugs, Walmart, Kins Farm Market, Cobs Bread, Oomomo Store, Coles Book store and many more. They set up more seats in the mall now.
It's too bad for me since the Oomomo was closed. I think this shop is a very good one for house hold supplies. So I need to go to the one in Richmond.
There are more shops for kids or teenagers are open. The play area is open again. Please check it out.
The New Food Court is roomy and bright for a meal or just have a tea after the busy shopping. Many new restaurants in this food court. You will always find good seats there. But also some chain restaurants are still there, come to try some new multi-culture food.
There are a indoor playground for the kids. Kids will love it.
The parking is all around the mall.
If you don't drive, there are a covered walkway from the Lougheed Town Centre Station leads you to the mall.
There are also a temporary Carmeron Community Centre and Library in the lower level. It's really a good location for the residents."

"Lougheed Town Centre is a practical, mid sized mall in Burnaby that has been in transition for(ever) quite some time. While some of its larger anchors, like The Bay, have closed, it still offers everyday essentials with Walmart, London Drugs, Sportchek, and a variety of smaller shops and services. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for high end fashion or luxury brands, and you won’t find trendy chains like Uniqlo or H&M here either, but it works well for errands and quick shopping trips. The food court is straightforward and reliable, with familiar names like A&W, Subway, and Freshslice Pizza alongside a few international options such as Manchu Wok for Chinese take out, Opa! of Greece for Mediterranean flavors, and Shiok Sushi Express for quick Japanese bites. For drinks and treats, you can grab bubble tea at Bubble Waffle Café or something sweet from Dairy Queen and Orange Julius (not in the same food court but it's downstairs by the playground). It’s not a destination for adventurous dining, but it covers the basics and makes it easy to grab a quick meal while shopping or commuting. One of the mall’s biggest strengths is its accessibility. Being directly connected to the Lougheed SkyTrain station makes it one of the most convenient malls in Metro Vancouver, and parking is plentiful and free if you are driving. The atmosphere can feel a little dated in places, but with all the redevelopment happening around it, there’s a sense that the area is evolving into something more vibrant. Overall, currently Lougheed Town Centre isn’t the flashiest shopping destination, but it’s dependable, easy to reach, and practical for everyday needs."
