"Stayed in the Fairmont Gold room. 100% worth the extra cost for Gold. Concierge was amazing - kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. We loved getting to chat with Bailey most evenings. He helped us secure last minute reservations for restaurants two nights in a row. He answered all my questions about the hotel and helped us find our way around the beautiful (and large) property. We were here for our honeymoon and Bailey was SO kind to help us to a bottle of wine. All around great service and worth the cost.
The complimentary breakfast was the most delicious hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. And the afternoon “snacks” were so good that I almost didn’t even need dinner! Bailey also recommended we checkout the champagne and macaroon pairing - which to no surprise, was also delicious. I included a few photos of all the complimentary food to give you an idea.
The Adventure Center had fantastic service as well. Brooke was so helpful in getting our e-bikes reserved two days in a row and sharing ideas of where to bike to. Lily, the dog, is also a friendly addition!
The property is stunning and the staff is the best. We can’t wait to come back."

"The spa was wonderful. Had a nice couples massage with my husband and we both loved them! Nice pools to relax in before or after massage and beautiful outdoor hot tub! My husband also got a haircut and beard trim. They did a great job cleaning him up! The hotel and spa were amazing from start to finish!"

"What's not to like? We had been to Banff a couple times before, but this was our first stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel, and we are so glad for the experience. First of all, Fairmont Gold is just that - over the top service, amenities, and truly caring staff. The room was not big, but it was beautiful, well-furnished, had plenty of room for the king bed, sitting area and a lovely but compact bathroom. We had great views from our corner suite. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help us and ensure we were having an excellent guest experience. The food was delicious everywhere we went, especially the breakfast and the evening appetizers. We really enjoyed hiking right from the hotel and being able to walk into town easily. The hotel also provided a nice bottle of Proseco and some chocolates as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We really loved the hotel tour, as well, led by Ewan. We loved, loved staying there! One other thing that I forgot to add is that the fitness center is great and the indoor pool is amazing. It is 32 meters and tremendous for lap swimming."
