I would say there were three areas for improvement that almost made me give three stars. One, the coffee was unusually bad. Two, the gym inexplicably opens at 7 AM on weekdays and 8 AM on weekends, making it difficult to work out before a conference or breakfast. Three, temperature control in the rooms is very limited."
