"We rented a private house. It was for 6 people, but 2 more could fit on the sofa and there was a pull out bed. The jacuzzi was nice and the location is top for some mountain climbing or a casual walk. You can also play so golf of course. Personal was friendly. There are some shops and restaurants. Prices are what you would expect. Not cheap. You have access to the pools which are small, but the water in them is hot (not mineral). You have to pay additionally for the spa and massages. We brought meat to make a barbecue which each house has. It can be a great experinece with friends or family."

"Pirin Golf is beautiful 😊 Wonderful grounds to drive around or walk around. An expansive view deck overlooking the greens, to sit and have a drink. Also comfortable furniture inside. Drinks are more pricey but the setting is stunning. Visitors pay security a few lev for their visit on exit."

"We were on 6 day vacation in the most expensive room in the 5-star hotel. We paid for all inclusive package. The food and the living room interior were good, but these were the only positive sides of our experience. Half of the time the spa centre didn’t work because of “a storm”. I actually didn’t see any storm in that time, but ok… There was also a problem with the bathroom - there were some kind of “spitting” water from the bottom of the bath cube. Also the neighbours from the bottom flat came to us to complain. We were so nervous about these facts and decided to leave the hotel earlier. When we spoke to the manager we didn’t get any compensation or even an apology, she just told us “thanks for the information” and turned around and go away. Definitely not a 5-star hotel experience. The price was around 170-200 euro per night."
