I visited this place expecting to spend about 2 hours, I ended up spending over 4 hours and that was not even with any tours of the caves etc. I would say you need a full day to really enjoy this area. It is worth it though."

We choose the ice cave which was interesting
Second station for the 5 fingers and the shark
There are some hicking trails around
Because I have kid there was no time to visit the rest but we enjoyed alot"
