"Yanchep National Park is such a beautiful place to spend the day. The trails are really nice and give you that fresh forest feeling as you walk through the trees. Inside the park there is also a restaurant which makes it easy to stop for a meal or a coffee without leaving the place.
The best part for me was being around the kangaroos. They are very friendly and you can see them up close just relaxing around the grass which feels really special. There are also koalas to look at and they are always a favourite.
It is a peaceful spot with a lot of nature around and plenty of space to just slow down and enjoy. It feels like a proper outing away from the busy city life and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable day outdoors."
