"Amazing morning riding in a carriage over 100 years old pulled by a diesel engine. You Start at Swanbank station into Ipswich Racecourse where they change the engine the back of the train and then return to the station. Beautiful scenery and it’s so relaxing sitting on the train watching. Jarred and the other conductors were very knowledgeable about the trains and what we were passing in the area. A really enjoyable morning. There are toilets at the station as well as a souvenir shop and food and drink is available at the station as well. You also get an old-fashioned train ticket which is stamped on your return journey. You can book online or buy your ticket at the station."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful time doing this trip. Great views, staff are really friendly. My only disappointment was that I would have loved to hear about the places we were passing and the history. Other than that, it was a great experience and I look forward to the dinnertime runs starting back."
