"Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Perth! A huge thanks to Captain Lee and his crew for making the day so enjoyable. We boarded and left bang on 10:30, so definitely don’t be late for your booking as they don’t hang around. Although on the email it says no assigned seating, the seating is all planned. You get welcomed with a glass of bubbles, then a lovely cruise down the river with some facts and a bit of a guided tasting (the portions for this were generous) then lunch before you go off for another wine tasting at a winery, after that onto the chocolate (slightly disappointed here as you just get to chose a truffle and look at the shop, was hoping there’d be a bit more input from the place itself but this doesn’t spoil the day) then back onto the boat for cake and more bottomless wine as you head back. It’s a full day of food and wine and we found it good value for money. Neither of us are wine connoisseurs so I can’t comment on the quality of wine but we found most of it very tasty. The boat parts definitely make the experience so I’d suggest going for that over just the winery tour."
