There’s a genuine warmth and honest hospitality amongst the Sandalford Family (the word ‘staff’ does not adequately describe the beautiful individuals whose sole responsibility it is to ensure that your experience is second to none!)
An atmospheric embrace wraps around you like a warm hug throughout your dining experience and this combined with the rustically curated decor, truly embodies and reflects the heart of the Swan Valley.
Seasonal Symphonies of Culinary Alchemy see simple ingredients transformed into extraordinary dishes that challenge traditional pairings and ignite a true umami experience. (the title of ‘Executive Chef’ does not truly describe Alan Spagnolo. I prefer to think of him as a Culinary Maestro leading a number of brilliant virtuosos in a gastronomical dance)
