"It was such a relief to get here after that train journey from Melbourne. Train was late to depart, then we had three unexpected stops, two of which were somewhat distressing (a grass fire ahead of us; and a passenger was having a heart attack so an ambulance was called to Yass Junction). The other waylay was train traffic lights were not working bc copper wires in them had been stolen... stolen, like wuttt... So, yeh, it was a relief to finally get to this station. Has a lot of vintage plaques. Well appointed. Automatic doors. Cool waiting room. Decent parking."

Crucially, the waiting room is equipped with a public facility, including a convenient $2 coffee dispenser, ensuring you can grab a hot beverage of diffrence blends, hot milk and chocolate while you wait for your train. This thoughtful addition significantly enhances the overall comfort and convenience for passengers. Whether you're starting a journey, transferring, or simply passing through, Goulburn Railway Station offers a pleasant and efficient experience, making it a true highlight of regional train travel in New South Wales."
