"Probably the best fancy-style restaurant I’ve been to in Ho Chi Minh, the food was really good and plenty of standout options. Loads on the menu I’d come back for. Service was a little slow but it was very busy. The prices were quite high for the City but not high for the quality of what you get. I’d highly recommend the mini-pancakes with oysters (so much better than the huge pancakes you get in other Michelin places in the city). The soft-shell crabs were the best I’ve had, the legs come off perfectly and the dipping sauce is excellent. The netted spring rolls, pineapple rice were quite average. The chicken was top notch."
