Xislandirl's suggestions are great, I would respectfully add The Lime Inn & Zozo's (on the expensive side tho), Uncle Joe's for carry out BBQ, Happy Fish & La Plancha del Mar at the MarketPlace complex (which isn't far from the Westin), the Banana Deck is decent, The Inn at Tamarind Court does a nice breakfast, and Skinny Legs & Aqua Bistro over in Coral Bay. We enjoy staying at the Westin but prefer to mostly eat off property. We love love love the Beach Bar as a hangout and for casual eats.

We love Uncle Joe's BBQ and Skinny Legs and the Deli in Mongoose Junction. Our last experience at Lime Inn was not very good. The Fish Trap is good but pricey for what you get.
