Reviews Summary

Degnan's Deli offers a convenient and relatively relaxed dining experience within Yosemite Village, praised for its large and delicious sandwiches and cozy atmosphere. While it can get crowded, especially during peak times, the staff is generally noted as nice and helpful. Some reviews mention limited selection and higher prices, which is expected within a national park setting, and a few customers have noted issues with service speed or food quality.

"This is a nice spot to pop into and warm up or cool off if you’re in the area. They have open seating, a fireplace and it has a cafeteria vibe. Great spot to hit up for a bite or a break. The food was great for the price too."

"Amazing place to grab an early morning sandwich! A lot of different sandwiches that are made to order!
If you are gluten free, they can make u one as well! No issue!
The staff is super nice!
Highly recommended to get some food before your hike!
Get there early, the line gets long…

Thank you"

"Was hoping to dine in at the loft. However it is close for some reason and we ended up buying from the deli. They have limited amount of selection to choose from.
I ordered the Pastrami sandwich and the soup of the day which is Bacon Potato soup. Sandwich is okay, as it taste very normal for me. Not really memorable. However, the soup is quite tasty and I enjoyed it. Prices is a bit high, which is expected when your buying food inside the national park."

Degnan’s Kitchen is in the Yosemite Valley, very near the main Yosemite gift shop and just a short walk from the famous Yosemite Post Office and Ansel Adams gallery. The large dining area has indoor and outdoor tables and multiple dining stations for pizza, sandwiches, coffee, and more. It gets crowded, but service is usually relatively quick and there are plenty of options for gluten-free and vegetarian diners.
