We are an offshoot of Against The Grain Hospitality, a local restaurant group in Williamsburg, VA that is the owner of The Amber Ox Public House. Amber Ox Public House – When it comes to food that I consider ‘instagrammable’ I like something on the creative side too and Amber Ox Public House really delivered there. On a recommendation from our waiter, we tried the Squash Elote and it’s been on my mind ever since. A whole squash is roasted and topped with cotija cheese, pickled red onions, salsa matcha aioli, and chicharrons.

We spent 2 days at A White House in Williamsburg, VA, with our daughter’s in-laws. John and Debbie are excellent hosts; the accommodations were cozy and spotless; the breakfast was delicious; recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on. We had a very pleasant visit, and we can assure others that they will have a similar experience.
