What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
La Goulue Palm Beach offers a sophisticated French dining experience with excellent service and a vibrant Parisian ambiance. Guests rave about classic dishes, attentive staff, and the overall elegant atmosphere. While some find seating tight and prices on the higher side, the quality of food and service generally exceed expectations, making it a top choice for special occasions or an elevated night out.
"La Goulue is truly one of the finest French restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of dining at. With its iconic reputation in New York City, it brings the same level of sophistication and excellence to Palm Beach. The fish selection is exceptionally fresh and light, but the true highlights of our meal were the delicately prepared frog legs (a rare dish to find executed so perfectly), the French onion soup, and the lamb, which was flawlessly cooked and evenly seasoned.
The ambiance strikes the perfect balance: the bar area buzzes with lively energy, while the dining space provides an intimate, elegant atmosphere, ideal for a romantic evening or a business dinner.
We also absolutely loved the hospitality! The wine pours are generous and the manager, Xavier, graciously came to our table to personally welcome us. Our waitress, Julissa, was a delight, bubbly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the meal. Their warmth and professionalism truly elevated the dining experience."

"Le Goulue has a fantastic atmosphere—elegant, energetic, and very Palm Beach chic. The service was excellent throughout—attentive and professional without being overbearing. We ordered the soufflé, frog legs, beef tartare, duck, and rack of lamb. While the appetizers were great, we were expecting a bit more in terms of execution on the duck and lamb. Seating was a bit tight and prices are on the higher side, but overall still a very enjoyable night out."

"If you’re looking for a place for a special occasion, or a place to take that special someone, look no further. This is a beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like you’ve left the streets of Florida to France. It’s elegant without being snobby and filled with old world charm
We ordered the French Onion Soup to start. It was cheesy and chunky and hearty and everything you could want. They had a hanger steak on special that I jumped all over. It was doused in shallots and was delicious. And if you want something really cool for dessert, order the crepes suzette. Prepared table side, it’s a fun way to end the evening
I can’t say enough about the level of service. Our server was great, I wish I remembered his name. Everyone was great. I don’t think a single glass of water ever got to more than half empty before it was promptly, and discreetly, filled again
This is fine dining done in an approachable way. Not everyone will be able to come here weekly, or regularly, but again for special occasions, or to impress, you won’t go wrong here"

Created by restaurateur Jean Denoyer, the chic bistro serves meticulously prepared French fare, including its award-winning favorite, Le Soufflé au Fromage, a simple but decadent alchemy of Gruyère and parmesan cheeses, whisked egg whites, butter, milk, and flour that bakes into a light and airy puff.
