Reviews Summary
The Majestic offers a charming dining experience with a warm, historic ambiance and a menu of gourmet American comfort food. Diners praise the delicious and well-seasoned dishes, particularly brunch items and unique appetizers, alongside attentive service. However, some reviews mention inconsistencies with drink preparation and service speed, and the restrooms could be an area for improvement.
"This restaurant is fantastic. We went for an early dinner on Thursday and we were seated immediately. I made a reservation on Open Table but it wasn't necessary. There's a main dining room and a patio surrounded by arborvitae, which is a nice touch. I got the surf and turf and it was wonderful. The kids got chicken fingers and fries and thought they were really good. The kids menu is good, which we appreciate as parents. The atmosphere is just upscale but not fancy. For an old building, the acoustics are good. The dining room filled while we were there but it did not get loud. The wait staff is helpful and friendly. Our food came out quicker than expected. The prices are reasonable for the fare and location. The bathrooms are located downstairs- two private stalls that were clean but not nice. This is an area that could be improved."

"A fantastic spot for brunch, offering a vibrant atmosphere and a great menu with wholesome options like avocado toast and standout goat cheese dates. The crew is lovely and welcoming, and the bartender lady is especially friendly. With seating options inside, outside, and at the bar, it’s a versatile spot, though it can get very busy, so expect potential wait times. Parking is limited out front—street parking is your best bet. The restrooms are clean, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend!"

"Went for Father’s Day brunch and had a good experience! Shared the oxtail baklava with the table and that was unique and tasty. Ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and it was delicious too—3 of us ordered the same dish and I don’t think any of us finished it so it was quite hefty! I saw some people order the French toast and it looked amazing so next time when I want something sweet I’d definitely try it. Also want to try the goat cheese stuffed dates. Service was good too and they were very accommodating to us needing to have the stroller by our table since our baby was sleeping in it. Ambiance was nice too. Overall very pleasant experience and would go back!"
