"Great locally owned and operated sandwich shop. Can't go wrong with the Schmaltz! I was lucky enough to get the jalapeno cheese bread, it could have been baked longer as it was missing a nice crunch that I'm used to receiving from a similar chain. Texan approved sweet tea and for dessert I highly recommend the chocolate chip pecan cookie! The customer service I received was great and the cashier was very polite."

I have fond memories of coming to Schmaltz's as a kid, and now, over 30 years later, it's incredible to share that same delicious experience with my own family. It’s more than just a meal; it's a taste of nostalgia and a new memory being made.
I went with the classic traditional Schmaltz with honey mustard, and seriously, the bread is the real MVP here. It's homemade daily and toasted just right, so you get this awesome crunch on the outside and it's still super soft inside.
