"We have eaten here a few times and each time have enjoyed. Choose the Winery for News Eves dinner. Every aspect of the dinner was outstanding from the hostess to the dinner. Our waitress was friendly smart and very attentive. We had the spinach dip and mermaid fries as an appetizer. I ordered the lamb shank on a bed of mashed potatoes with carrots, my wife had the Scallops with a raspberry glaze, and our friend had the Bison burger and a steak. Each of us raved over the flavor, timing and overall presentation of each dish. We finished with desert and each was perfection.
We sat and enjoyed each other’s company for about four hours. It was a wonderful night. Many might say $140 is a bit high for two people; I say I would prefer to pay more for excellence."

"My daughter treated me to dinner at Mermaid Winery while visiting her. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the service was excellent. I’m a huge foodie, so my daughter was hoping the food was as good as she’d had there previously. The food was OUTSTANDING! We had a lovely bottle of Mermaid wine, the lamb shank, mashed potatoes, Demi glaze and the shrimp over black Gouda grits. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten!"
