Starting as a delivery service, Lolly's has recently opened up a brick and mortar shop right in the heart of the ViBe Creative District, near the Oceanfront, and we can't get enough. While all their flavors are worth a try, with new flavors being rotated in regularly, Lolly's has received quite a bit of attention for their vanilla flavor.

In the ViBe district, Lolly’s Creamery is a nostalgic ice cream stand at 414 Virginia Beach Blvd., founded by Virginia Beach natives — with outdoor seats and umbrellas, ice cream flights and decadent sundaes. Roanoke-founded Blue Cow Ice Cream Co. (2817 Shore Drive) makes wild flavor concoctions like goat cheese and blueberry. And on Hilltop, Richmond-founded Gelati Celesti (754 First Colonial Road) uses techniques borrowed from gelato to make ultra-dense ice cream without sacrificing custardy richness.

Located in the Vibe Creative District, Lolly’s Creamery is one of the newest additions to ice cream shops in Virginia Beach. What began as a delivery service, is now offering a permanent location where they scoop out rotating favorites like the Pungo Strawberry Ice Cream, the cookie monster, and their classic vanilla. They recently opened a new location in Loehmann’s Plaza as well and are sold at various VB locations such as the Sage Kitchen and Back Bay’s Farmhouse Brewing Co.
