"I recently celebrated my birthday, A Night of Crowns, at Chaz 51 Steak & Seafood, and it was truly a night fit for royalty! From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was impeccable. The custom menu created for the evening was a perfect reflection of the regal theme, and my choice of the Cilantro Lime Salmon was divine—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.

The table settings were just as impressive. The tablecloths and napkins matched my theme colors of Topaz London Blue, White, and Gold to perfection, creating an elegant and cohesive atmosphere that dazzled my guests. It was clear that no detail was too small for the staff to perfect.

And let’s not forget the signature Blue Monarch Beverage—a stunning and delicious cocktail that added a unique touch to the evening. It was a true standout and had my guests raving all night.

"Absolutely the best steakhouse, by far. Every time we go, we try something new because it is all incredible. Let’s start with the appetizers-Mussels have the most flavorful broth! Shrimp has a tangy citrus that explodes with flavor. Beef Wellington has three small ones that are mouth-watering. Now for entrees- Blue cheese steak salad is the perfect blend of flavors and it’s healthy! Steak melted in your mouth. And the lamb chops are the best I have ever had in my life!!!

The service was fantastic. From the moment of our arrival, everyone went above and beyond. Manny-the manager was always checking in and lending a hand. Servers even helped one another. It was fantastic and every suggestion they made was perfection.

"Absolutely fantastic experience! We came in for dinner and were blown away. The steaks were delicious and cooked to absolute perfection, tender and full of flavor. Manny was gracious, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Our server Melissa was excellent…attentive without being intrusive, and made sure everything was just right. They also have a great happy hour and their cocktails were awesome. This place is a gem for a date night. We’ll definitely be back!"
