Chimera Cafe was literally my first cafe stop during my time in Tulsa, largely because it is also one of the best breakfast spots in the city!. But I won’t get into all of the wonderful food (yet). They have more drink options than a lot of places restaurants have menu items, and they’re all amazing.

Chimera has a cool and unique aesthetic to the place, which makes it perfect for Instagram. The Tulsa breakfast spot serves international cuisine with a lot of veggie options to choose from. If you’re looking for healthy choices, you can try their super veggie wrap or go for a classic breakfast taco.

Chimera Cafe offers a great brunch experience with options for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is friendly and passionate about their work, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast options are excellent and the coffee is perfect for coffee lovers.

It’s no secret that Chimera serves great (and beautiful) coffee. From pour-overs to cold brews, to lattes and even house-made ginger beer, Chimera has the drink situation down to a science. Chimera’s got some strong brew, so it’s best to grab yourself a bite to eat with your coffee.
