What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Feast is praised for its excellent service, fine dining atmosphere, and creative, market-driven cuisine that changes monthly. Diners particularly love the unique dessert flavors and extensive wine list. However, some find the prices to be on the higher side, and a few reviews mention inconsistencies in food quality, with some dishes not meeting expectations for the price.
"I took my mom to eat lunch. We were greeted with a smile, and we chose a place to sit of our choice. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the place was clean. My mom had the white salad with shrimp & I had the steak sandwich with some greens. Both dishes was PERFECT! We also ordered a steak sandwich to go. We are not Rich by any means. However, my mom is unable to get out much and being able to spend time with her and eat this meal with her in such an awesome place with awesome service means everything to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Fantastic food! We tried two different appetizers (kohlrabi and squash blossoms) and both were great. For the main dishes, wr had the Chicken plate and their special which was shrimp and scallops in garlic wine sauce over couscous- delish! Dessert was lemon ice cream (🤤) and chocolate lemon cake.
I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes. My only complaint is that it is a tad pricey, but that won't stop me from coming back again."

"I had never been to Feast before despite driving by many times. A close friend chose Feast for her birthday dinner. It seems clear that Feast is trying to offer a fine dining experience. Indeed the atmosphere and service all fit that rubric. However the food was simply not worthy of the prices in my opinion. The one stand out was the lobster bread pudding which was excellent. The other main meals were simply average. The duck with pancake was bizarre tasting, the salmon with noodles quite boring and ahi tuna with rice was just plain. I had an enjoyable evening due to great company and good servers. However I left feeling the meal was a poor value considering the relatively high prices and relatively lack of deliciousness."

Your Guide to 31 of Tucson's Most Iconic Dishes
Feast owner-chef Doug Levy had the following to say about this iconic dish:. “Our menu changes each month, but in Feast’s infancy, there was once a dockworkers’ strike in Los Angeles and we weren’t able to get the halloumi cheese we use for our Feast grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich — seared halloumi cheese with honey-roasted eggplant, shaved red onion, and roasted tomato — had been a favorite of our earlier regular guests and there was so much outcry that we promised that, once we were able to get the cheese again — a brined sheep’s milk cheese from Cypress — that we’d never take it off the menu again.
