"Lambert’s is the gem of Taos, with a charming courtyard that offers romance and relaxation. The menu is thoughtfully curated, and the dishes are expertly prepared. The gazpacho, the bass, the dessert — every course is seasonal, made from scratch, and has an exceptional flavor profile. We appreciated the friendly, highly professional service as well…the kind you’d expect in a city many times the size. The indoor seating is likely a highlight too, but if you’re able to enjoy this historic adobe building’s al fresco dining, it’s guaranteed to please. Just perfect!"

"From the moment we arrived to when we left the service was remarkable. Everyone we engaged with was friendly and took great pride in their role. The food was presented fabulously and the recommendations for cocktails paired perfectly with the meal. Everything tasted delicious. We especially appreciated the artwork which complemented the Northern New Mexico architecture beautifully."
