"We had a 7pm reservation. After getting seated, water came in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later we ordered drinks, they came in 20 minutes. Ordered meals, 30 minutes later two guests received food. 20 minutes later the other guests were served. The kicker was one guest ordered a medium rare, $39 steak and it was cooked well. We had to send it back and did not request another steak. The cost was removed from the bill. Clearly, they were short staffed and no sign of management. We saw others come in behind us and get served before us. Just a horrible experience all around. We all spend a crap load of money to come to Steamboat and had hoped we would have had a memorable meal. It was memorable, but not kind we had hoped for."
