This spot was not something I found very vegan friendly when looking online but wow, their veggie paella was incredible. Perfect for date night or when you want to get out of the typical ski town type meals. Vibes were great here, we sat at the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu and was more than happy to accommodate us.
