"Great place! Bar Level 11 is located at the rooftop of Bellwether Hotel in St. Petersburg, under Spinners Rooftop Grill. You can walk all around it, as it’s built like a circle, enjoy the view, take great pictures of the ocean and the beach.
During evening time they have it very nicely decorated with purple and blue lights, and it’s definitely a very enjoyable experience for lunch or dinner with friends. Food and drinks are great! Highly recommend visiting."
