"Two words: flavorful and friendly. Visited for dinner with my mom on a road trip out west and was not disappointed! We sat at the bar and Caleb was our bartender. He had great beer recommendations and gave great service. The food was delicious. They make their own dressings and sauces from what he told us. The pepperoni pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza was also amazing! The celery added an extra crunch to it which I liked. Don't forget to order some of their brown butter cookies as well :)"

"Very nice experience here, very open space for a downtown location.
I went with the traditional sausage and pepperoni hand tossed 12-in pizza. Delicious, fresh out of the oven and way too much for one person! I have plenty to take home. Athena, the server, was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend eating here if you're visiting downtown Springfield!"

"Food: I got the “pappo’s famous 5 cheese” pizza. Excellent crust and soft dough. Waitress was hospitable and offered Parmesan and red chili flake shakers as additional toppings before she left. 3/5 stars because quality and quantity didn’t match the price — the pizza was a bit too cheesy with a redundant taste. In addition, the wait was long and the waitress wasn’t at her station upon arriving."
