Once had dinner with a friend at the Switchback Grill at the Zion Park Inn (BW) and it was surprisingly good with a decent wine list and good service.

This is why our wedding ceremony and reception actually took place right outside of Zion National Park at a Utah wedding venue, the Switchback Grille. Weddings inside the national park are logistically a bit more challenging, but the Switchback Grille had everything we needed to host an intimate wedding. We did our ceremony on their lawn, and our reception was in their banquet space, "The Gathering" which flowed from indoors to outdoors with beautiful views of the mountains.

Perhaps Springdale’s swankiest dining option, Switchback Grille Steakhouse delivers a double whammy of delicious food and classy atmosphere. Dinner – This is a great night to make a reservation for dinner at Switchback Grille before your stargazing tour. Although, they have great steaks, chicken and fish, Switchback also has incredible vegetarian options. It’s one of the better restaurants in town.

They only use USDA beef, and they offer a variety of delicious sides (like au gratin potatoes or creamed spinach). They also have a complete menu of dessert wines, so I pretty much can’t think of anything better to polish off a day at the park.

Switchback Grille and Trading Company- This is another popular steakhouse in town and is also open year round. They have a large area in the restaurant that is perfect for large groups or parties. It is vegetarian and gluten free options.
