Skagway Fish Company is impossible to get into, but is good. The Sweet Tooth Cafe has pretty good food too, basic soup/sandwich place.

Olivia’s is located in a former bordello which is now the Historic Skagway Hotel. We also stayed at this hotel, whose rooms are named after prostitutes and furnished in the gold rush time period. We had a very reasonably-priced meal consisting of very good cream of halibut soup, salad, a bottle of 2020 Hahn Pinot Noir from a very limited, low-markup wine list, and two of the three puff-pastry-encased entrees for the evening.

There are several places in Skagway where you can walk along the trail. That's about three kilometers (650 feet) from the city center to the cemetery and back in a full day, or even less if you're lucky enough to drive from White Pass Airport to Dewey Lawton Lake through a forest thicket along the Klondike River. for skiing through excursions from Lake Denver; as well as a visit to Sunrise Park.
