Reviews Summary
Atoma offers an exceptional fine dining experience in a cozy house setting, with many praising the creative and flavorful dishes, particularly the signature rosette cookies, halibut, and pork. While portions are noted as small and prices high, most diners feel the unique culinary journey and personalized service make it well worth the expense. Some find the experience to be a 'rip off' due to portion sizes and cost, but the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many considering it a top Seattle dining destination.
"It was an incredibly unique dining experience and definitely one of the best restaurants in Seattle. The signature cookies were amazing, and the radish cake appetizer was surprisingly impressive. Both the beef tartare and Dungeness crab were delicious, but the real standout was the halibut. The roasted green onions on top added such a memorable touch! Overall, everything was exceptional and full of flavor. Highly recommend it."

"Absolutely loved our dining experience at Atoma. The rosette cookie was a delightful start—crispy, light, and memorable. The broccolini dish was beautifully balanced and full of flavor, and both the duck and pork were cooked to perfection—rich, tender, and packed with depth. Every course impressed, but the Baked Alaska was the perfect finale—equal parts dramatic and delicious. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Can’t wait to return!"

"Wow. What an absolutely incredible night. Atoma offers a wide range of dishes, cocktails, NA bev, and wines to make any occasion special. We decided to treat ourselves and Atoma understood the assignment! The caviar special was an incredible start and it only got better finishing with an incredible hazelnut finished pork chop. They timed the courses perfectly to allow us ample time to enjoy each dish and our few beverages! ;-)
Well done to the Atoma Team!!! You are crushing it!!!"

Seattle’s Best New Restaurants of 2024
Chef Johnny Courtney walks this fine line in the converted Craftsman home that was once housed Tilth. Nearly every table orders a round of savory rosette cookies, one of a handful of fancy starters intended as individual servings. But thrills lurk everywhere on the hyperseasonal menu, from the crumpets to the dungeness crab and caramel on toast, even an entree of salmon or pork collar.
