"We checked out this tiki bar for the first time yesterday. We had expected much more than it was being affiliated with the Ritz. What a disappointment! There was only one waiter who seemed extremely discombobulated the entire time. Many customers had to wait a long time for service. The nachos we ordered were average at best. The bar was dirty. We definitely won’t return. The Ritz management really needs to work on improvements here!"
