Chama Gaucha is a blossoming chain that originally started in Houston and now has four locations nationally.

Located on the north side along 1604, Chama Gaúcha is the original Brazilian steakhouse experience in San Antonio, and has a loyal following for its good food and lively atmosphere. Their beef is all USDA Prime, and they also serve traditional Brazilian spiced sausage, pork, chicken, lamb leg, and beef ribs. The salad bar is solid, and traditional sides like caramelized banana, fried polenta, and garlic mashed potatoes are brought to the table.
