Reviews Summary
Iceberg Drive Inn is a beloved local institution known for its incredibly thick and delicious milkshakes that are a highlight for most visitors. While the burgers and fries are generally well-received, the shakes are the main draw. However, some diners have noted issues with slow service during busy periods, and occasional inconsistencies in food quality, though the overall sentiment remains positive for its nostalgic charm and generous portions.
"This “mini” shake made me feel like a child again. Santi was very patient It was my first time here with My Wife and he explained everything very well. This is now our go to Burger place. Highly recommend."

"I would give a zero if it were an option. The food was good but the service was extremely slow and they were WAY less than friendly or professional.
I am extremely disappointed in the management as another patron bought a meal for what seemed to be a homeless gentleman yet Iceberg refused to allow him to stay on the property. Someone wearing an Iceberg uniform came out and demanded the homeless gentleman wait down the street and they would bring his food. We were there 20 minutes after that conversation and the homeless gentleman never received his food."

"I tried Iceberg for the first time a year ago and it was great! So I made a special diversion today as I was passing through Salt Lake City.
Summary: not nearly as good an experience.
Basically, be sure to look at your product before you drive away. Mine was "ok", but the malt I added for an extra $0.99 was not at all properly mixed in or blended. Instead, it was dry and sticky and clumpy, especially in the bottom half of the shake. I had to throw that out (saving me some carbs!).
I would pick a "less complicated" mix-in next time..."
