Reviews Summary

Diners rave about Caramel French Patisserie for its authentic, artfully crafted French pastries, especially the macarons, which are often described as the best they've ever had. The cozy atmosphere adds to the delightful experience, though some note the prices are on the higher side. Service is generally praised, with staff being welcoming and nice, even during busy periods.

"As soon as I seen this spot I HAD to make a stop! I’m a huge fan of macaroons and this spot in Salem did not disappoint! They all were very good, tasted fresh and authentic (not those pre made macaroons you pull out of the freezer to sell). The service was great, I found everyone very welcoming and nice even tho the environment was a bit hectic due to Halloween weekend in Salem. If you have a sweet tooth for French pastries and in Salem this is a must for you!"

Joa Class

"The croissant are perfectly crisp outside and elastic inside, and the pastries taste as good as they look. Definitely worth a visit."

Sirius Hertz
