✨ Impromptu date night in downtown Rogers ✨ We snuck away to Tuscan Trotter and WOW… the food did not disappoint. 🥂 Coconut rum + pineapple cocktails (sweet but not too sweet = perfect). 🥩 Jonathan’s filet with garlic mash, purple potatoes, carrots + bacon jam 🤌 🍔 My spicy fried chicken club with truffle fries = Nashville hot perfection. Our bellies = full, our hearts = fuller 💛 Sometimes the best...

Reviews Summary

Tusk & Trotter American Brasserie is praised for its unique, locally sourced menu and creative cocktail offerings, with many highlighting the gastropub atmosphere. While the food is often described as delicious and bold, some diners have found certain dishes to be less impressive than expected or not as described. The service is generally good, though occasional kitchen missteps have been noted.

"Came to Bentonville for work and wanted to try something local and different. The ostrich tartare was good but I think I had higher expectations. Worth a try though. The bison burger is probably one of the best things on the menu."

Camilo Buitrago

"I had seen your restaurant online on our way to Bentonville. Parked our car and accidentally found you as we meandered through the construction. I got the meatballs on a bed of risotto along with delicious greens. All was so delicious!!! Can’t find the meatballs on any online menus. So good want to replicate at home as we are from St. Louis. Five hours can be a long drive. Will recommend your place to anyone who will listen!"

Joyce Welch

"We recently visited Bentonville and decided to try Tusk & Trotter. There was a bit of construction out front, so it was a little confusing figuring out how to get in, but once inside, we were seated right away in the bar area. I ordered a charcuterie board and a mimosa. The charcuterie board was outstanding, great presentation and flavor. Unfortunately, the mimosa experience was disappointing. The first one was completely flat and champagne tasted bad, so I sent it back. The second had just a bit of fizz, so I went ahead and drank it, but it still tasted off. I ordered a third one, hoping for better, but it was flat again, didn’t drink that one at all. By this point just paid for it and our meal and left. I never heard a cork pop with any of them, which made me question how fresh the champagne was. The other drinks going to other people‘s tables looked great. I am a mimosa lover, all I drink, very disappointed. If you’re coming to eat and drink here, do not order a mimosa!"

Go to Tusk & Trotter’s patio to spend an afternoon with a beer flight and an exorbitant amount of pork. We also like the burger, but make sure to specify how you want yours cooked (the default is very rare).

The menu at Tusk and Trotter is steeped in Ozarks tradition. Executive chef Rob Nelson looks at age-old family recipes through a modern lens, creating dishes such as the small plate of boiled peanuts, which are boiled with vegetable stock and Trinidad Scorpion peppers – one of the spiciest chiles on the planet – for 17 to 36 hours. Another standout includes the rice-encrusted trout paired with house-cured bacon, rice grits and edamame, and from the bar, mixologist Scott Baker recommends the seasonal Walnut Old Fashioned.
