"Ordered a breakfast BLT yesterday for pickup at midtown and though it was ready on time the sandwich was terrible. As soon as I picked it up, I knew something seemed off, I’ve seen smart phones the size of the sandwich. It was a lot smaller than I was expecting for the price. When I opened it, I saw they had smashed it so hard the yolk exploded and ran all over so I couldn’t enjoy that part of the egg in the sandwich And rather than toasting the bread it was grilled maybe? It was also smashed down so hard it was like a tortilla and so chewy I could barely get through the bread. The bacon was also dry to the point of burnt. I have had sandwiches from the Mill Street location in the past and been quite pleased, but this experience will guarantee I will never order from any location."
