Reviews Summary

Ross' Grill is celebrated for its stunning harbor views and an exceptional wine list, making it a top dining spot in Provincetown. Diners rave about signature dishes like the French onion soup and seafood risotto, though some recent reviews mention a shift in dining experience under new ownership, with concerns about rushed meals. Despite this, the attentive service and delicious food continue to draw patrons back for a memorable meal with a view.

"Ross’ was delicious, point blank. The French onion soup is just as everyone says, to die for. My dining partner had the special lobster and corn chowder which he said was really good as well. He had the Tuscan Cod as his entree, the cod was wonderful with the lightest crust. I ordered the pork chop which was wonderfully mustard forward with delicious garlic mash. I’m not a huge asparagus fan, so I do wish it had been a different vegetable, if I’m being nit-picky. Overall a wonderful dining experience, definitely recommend and will be back!"

"We're looking at the menu. We both find something we like and return the next day to order it. . The escargot was excellent and filling with the puff pastry, and the duck breast. My partner ordered the filet mignon and that was delicious. With French onion soup. We'd totally return to sample more items.."

"Ross’ Grill is a Provincetown must every time we visit. First discovered thanks to the owners of the Queen Vic who recommended it during our stay there, it has quickly become a favorite of ours. The view is stunning, but it’s the food and staff that keep us coming back. We started with an Aperol spritz and enjoyed the view for a bit. Then we shared risotto (two orders!), coconut shrimp, and tried from the specials menu the scallops with a celery purée and the soft shell crab—all delicious and paired perfectly with a French rosé. One steak frites rounded out the meal although we couldn’t resist the Lemon Crème Brulée for dessert served with homemade whipped cream. Service was warm and attentive. Pro tip: make a reservation—it books up fast, even the bar. Yes, it’s that good!"
