They have a few denotations on the menu, FL being flourless/wheatless. When I inquired about one of those dishes (grape leaves) and asked if it was fully gluten free, he said he couldn’t guarantee it because it had rice, and he suggested the tabbouleh instead. I understand about the rice, as it could be grown next to a wheat field.

After my recent trip to Providence, I read about Aleppo Sweets. In September, 2019 it was included in Bon Appetit’s list of Top 50 Best New Restaurant in the Country. It is a Syrian bakery and cafe with baklava as a specialty.
