"I'm so happy they brought the steak gorgonzola back! That was my favorite thing on the menu. And the day I visited, she said their best chef was in the kitchen, and the steak was tender and perfect. "On yesterday I placed a to go order the to go specialist Crissy was amazing. Upon returning home and inspecting my food I found that the Chicken Scampi was overcooked and dry. I had a family emergency and could not contact the restaurant that day. I tried to eat my food upon returning home and it felt as if I was eating tumble weed the food was so dry so I went in today and asked for a manager. Reese the manager met with me and I explained my situation to him and his response was he could give me extra sauce. This was the best he could do. The food was improperly prepared when I received it. The to go specialist tried to help me. Her customer service skills were far more impressive than the manager. I will not be visiting the Olive Garden in Sevierville again the manager has no empathy for his customers. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I just wanted him to remake my order."

"I recently visited the Olive Garden in Sevierville, Tennessee, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal.
I ordered the Angel Hair Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and added Italian sausage—it was absolutely delicious. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and flavorful without being too heavy, and the sausage added just the right amount of savory spice. Every bite was perfectly balanced.
To start, I had the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, which was also very good. The gnocchi were soft and pillowy, and the broth was rich and comforting. It’s one of my favorite soups, and this location did it justice.
For dessert, we shared what I believe was a chocolate mousse dessert—it was extremely good. Rich, smooth, and indulgent, it was the perfect way to end the meal.
Overall, everything from the food to the service was top-notch. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Italian meal in the area!"
