"I’ve had this place saved in my list to try forever now and I’m so glad I finally did. Everything was so good. Very authentic and tastes like Vietnam. The restaurant itself was small but charming. It was a bit cold inside but overall our experience was good and we’ll definitely be back. I just wish they open earlier though. Their hours are somewhat limited."

"Overall, it was okay, but nothing that blows you away. The drinks, like the tamirind one was interesting, but definitely way overpriced. I would just stick with the food items, albeit, u dont get much for the price. Food items are unique. Unrelated to the review, they were very accomodating before the kitchen closed at 8:30, however, we are from out of town, so I didnt understand the fact that ppl were still coming in after the "kitchen closed" and food was being brought to their table as soon as they sat down."

"Came here for the 2nd time 3/6/25 for East Passyunk Restaurant week and on looking at the menu was happy to see that we weren’t limited to just the RW menu that we had the choice to mix and match. This was first time meeting back up with my 2 buddies since War on Drugs I think 2022? So it’s been about 3 years since I’ve seen them even though I’m in same city as the one but he’s got new baby ha.
The nice sweet server made the good suggestion that we all just order different items and then share which was the good call.
We started with the chicken wings soy garlic which was really good start.
The drinks menu sounded good and my buddies got a unity beer and the mule. I abstained from drinking since was taking a pause lol.

And I got the Sizzling Cat Fish | Chả Cá
Thăng Long since I was told this was good.
Got this with the seafood fried rice.
The fish was really good as was the beef and pork.
Rice for me not amazing was decent and for me could have used soy sauce for added salt.
Was a good overall meal and made better buy fact that they didn’t limit you to the Restaurant Week menu which other places annoyingly do but I get it for the other spots.
Just know this place is worth trying at least once. I do need to go back for the hot pot soups and for some other stuff like the water fern dumplings n crepes, I’d say I fell in love that night but that would just be silly lol"
