What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
RIME offers a luxurious dining experience with a highly regarded wine cellar and stunning views, though service can be inconsistent. While many praise the exceptional food quality, particularly steaks and seafood, and the attentiveness of some staff members, others have encountered disorganized and poor service, including issues with food quality on occasion. Despite mixed reviews on service, the restaurant is celebrated for its creative dishes and accommodating nature for dietary needs.
"Visited Rime for a new experience and was blown away by the service and attention to detail. Our waitress Victoria was friendly, helpful and down to earth. she took great care of us along with the other employees.
Everything was beautifully plated and it was fun to try new dishes.
Really enjoyed the Beef cheeks dish and the mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The desserts were unique and perfect for sharing."

"The only redeeming quality of this place was our lovely server William. Literally look at this “seared tuna” - it came out cold so I know it wasn’t seared on the grill today. We reckon it was last night’s tuna repurposed today. It had a foul aftertaste as well. We had to send the mussels back because they were definitely spoiled. For a hotel restaurant where the rooms are over one thousand dollars a night- this was just embarrassing."

"We had my wedding rehearsal dinner at RIME this summer. It was INCREDIBLE. We had drinks on the Terrace and then moved our group to the intimate Wine Vault for dinner.
Sarah from St. Regis and her entire team were very professional and went above-and-beyond to make the whole atmosphere personal, elegant, and inviting.
Here was our menu:
Starter:
Choice of:
Lobster Bisque (chives, caviar, brandy creme)
Caesar Salad (romaine hearts, olive oil, sourdough, lemon, classic caesar dressing)
Main:
Choice ofL
Pan Seared Halibut (sweet onion soubise, citrus, mushrooms, herb oil)
Grilled Hanger Steak (potato puree, sauteed spinach, peppercorn brandy jus)
Dessert
Blood Orange Mousse (yuzu pearls, black currant, toasted coconut)
--
They were also super accommodating for dietary restrictions and anything our guests needed.
Highly recommend!"

Park City wine lists that wow
The 45-page wine list at RIME in The St. Regis Deer Valley is an eye-popping one. Thankfully, a very skilled sommelier named Polina Jensen is on hand to help guests navigate it. You can trust her when she recommends a glass of Trimbach Gewürztraminer to enjoy with the spicy and smoky Octopus a la Plancha or a sampling of the Ada Nada Cichin Barbaresco Riserva with their Snake River Farms Wagyu Steak.
