Reviews Summary

Glitretind Restaurant is consistently praised for its outstanding food and impeccable service, with many highlighting the attentive staff and exquisite wine pairings. The stunning mountain views enhance the dining experience, making it ideal for special occasions. However, some guests have noted a lack of dress code enforcement and occasional service lapses, particularly with outside table attention.

"Despite all the other reviews, my wife and I had nothing to complain about. The food was really good (she specially loved the mushroom sandwich), we had a very nice view in the terrace, and the staff took really good care of us.

They have a lot of options regarding beer, wine and cocktails (also mocktails and beer without alcohol)."

Regulo Salinas

"Beautiful space and friendly staff. Cocktails and wine list were A1. Food was mostly great - my companions loved all their food, but my entree (gnocchi & grilled chicken) was bland and several elements were either under or overcooked. Apps and deserts were hits across the board."

A.J. H

"Spectacular Deer Valley mountain scenery, live music, and delicious Glitretind food all paired with craft beers - what’s not to love! Attended Summer Tuesday’s Hops on the Hill. It’s set outside on their deck. Different food tasting stations are set around their deck, and the tastings are paired with different beers. Runs from 6 PM to 8 PM on Tuesdays during the summer. Cost is about $90 pp which includes five 1/2 cup beer tastings. You can pay less if you don’t want the beer. Call for reservations."

While the 4-star restaurant at the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Glitretind, serves world class dining morning, noon, and night, it’s the Sunday Jazz Brunch that gets people talking. In a word, this buffet-style brunch is extravagant: we’re talking crab claws, watermelon gazpacho, the biggest spread of charcuterie my heart could handle, made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles – the works. Oh, and you can also order a Manhattan here before 12 pm.
