Fletcher’s is presenting Lobster Summer, a yearly tradition where diners who purchase one entrée can add a 7-8 ounce cold water lobster tail, grilled to perfection. Entrées that would pair well with lobster include the buffalo sirloin and the New York strip steak (made with grass-fed New Zealand beef), topped with demi-glace, cognac sauce or Fletcher’s steak sauce. Comforting sides to round out your feast include parmesan polenta, roasted Brussels sprouts, rainbow carrots or ginger soy broccolini.

Fletcher’s Thanksgiving menu provides two proteins including roasted turkey and mushroom stuffed beef tenderloin, one salad, three sides to choose from like caramelized Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese and squash & sweet mini pepper sauté, and one dessert such as pecan pie, Fletcher’s famous butter cake or Marina’s world-famous carrot cake. All orders come with 1/2 quart of cranberry chutney, six cheddar chive biscuits and bacon jam. $60 per person, 4 person minimum per order.

A few nights later, we had a reservation at Fletcher’s — equally wonderful of a dining experience if not even better. Notable gluten free items ordered by us that evening included the Warm Goat Cheese Bibb Salad, the Ahi Tuna Tower, Pioneer Chicken, Beef Short Rib, and a Parmesan Polenta side dish. This restaurant has both “small plates” and larger entree sizes, depending on the particular dish.

Named after the owners' rescue dog, Fletcher's was created to bring as much joy to its customers as Fletcher does to its owners. The restaurant has been successfully putting smiles on people's faces for years thanks to its above-average food, fantastic atmosphere, and excellent service. This is one of the best dinner spots in Park City, ideal for families with children.

We went here for our last night’s meal and it definitely was the send-off we were hoping for. They have an extensive wine list with great bottles for all budgets and tasty cocktails to go alongside fresh, local dishes. The standouts of the night were the Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Grass Fed Beef Carpaccio, and the Blueberry Bread Pudding.

$$$ With three levels and something for everyone, Fletcher’s is one of our favorite Park City bars. Sit back and relax on plush couches in the Library Lounge, grab small plates and full entrees in the dining area, or stay late for dancing with popular local DJs. Visit the Fletcher’s website.

Fletcher's restaurant, lounge and bar is refined and cozy at the same time. It’s the perfect place for either a drink after work or for celebrating a wedding anniversary with the love of your life. The décor is beautiful and tasteful, while the food is fresh, healthy, and imaginative.

Fletcher was rescued from a shelter after being abused, mistreated, and even shot. The new owners of the dog were touched that Fletcher survived and began to thrive over time. If the dog could survive, why couldn’t their dream?

Fletcher’s is a tough reservation to get, but it’s worth it as the space on Main Street is very cozy, and the food is great. Their short rib grilled cheese sandwich is award-winning and really does melt in your mouth!
