What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Collie's Sports Bar & Grill is a beloved spot for its lively atmosphere, extensive beer selection, and satisfying pub fare. Patrons rave about the delicious wings, pulled pork sandwiches, and crispy fish and chips. However, some guests have noted issues with slow service during peak hours and occasional inconsistencies in food quality.
"My husband and I recently spent a few days in Park City and decided to try Collie's for lunch. It was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot. I had the fish and chips, which had a light and crispy breading—just the right amount. I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary with just the right amount of spices. Overall, it was a five-star experience for both food and service."
Jo Ann Richey
"The sweet potato fries were incredible.
Kona on draft was a great local pale ale choice for beer.
Patio was beautiful, shaded, and right against Main Street with plenty of dogs."
Heather Wojtarowicz
"We took a drive from Salt Lake City to Park City. This is a ski resort in winter. I visited in summer so no snow. The are is beautiful. Collier's is on the bottom end of the old main road. The service was great and our waiter made sure we were looked after. Friendly and efficient. I tried the fish and chips. Good choice."

You and your bros can watch the game at Collie’s Sports Bar & Grill (738 Main St, 435.649.0888), where dozens of TVs adorn every vertical space. The menu there is always a cut above typical pub fare, but standouts include the Tycoon, a battered-cod sandwich served on a fresh ciabatta roll, and the Powderkeg burger, a never-frozen beef patty topped with bacon, Collie’s barbecue sauce, and crispy onion strings. Treat the girls to a night at the Silver Star Café (1825 Three Kings Dr, 435.655.3456), which hosts an intimate dinner with live acoustic accompaniment on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. To eat, you can’t go wrong with the osso bucco or vegetarian wild mushroom stroganoff.
Park City Gluten Free Eats
This was a new spot we hit on our trip this year – we had intended to go to Bandit’s (a BBQ place specializing in ribs that we’d gone to our three trips previously, only to find that it had closed!) so decided to keep with the sports bar/BBQ theme. We had all been craving ribs from talking about Bandit’s, and fully planned to order them at Collie’s…only to find out that they were all out of ribs. First world problems…but the burgers we all got ended up being delicious.
