This was a new spot we hit on our trip this year – we had intended to go to Bandit’s (a BBQ place specializing in ribs that we’d gone to our three trips previously, only to find that it had closed!) so decided to keep with the sports bar/BBQ theme. We had all been craving ribs from talking about Bandit’s, and fully planned to order them at Collie’s…only to find out that they were all out of ribs. First world problems…but the burgers we all got ended up being delicious.
