Reviews Summary

501 On Main is praised for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere, especially its dedication to gluten-free options. While many rave about dishes like the bison burger and fish and chips, some find the food to be average for the price, with occasional issues like overly salty dishes. The upstairs dining area and outdoor patio offer pleasant dining experiences. Reddit+7

"Fun, winter ski vies. I went there for the first time. I honestly didn’t understand about the negative reviews comparing with the food in NY. The food was fine, even though the poutine was a bit off from original, pretty much French fried in French onion soup, which taste good but not as expected. The bison burger and soup taste good. I enjoyed everything. After a long day doing snow activities, I had a good meal here while getting my body temperature up. Would come back again."

Pinny Bee

"We dined at 501 after reading good reviews, especially for people with a gluten allergy. We started with the poutine fries and they were the best thing I had. If I went back, I would choose that as my meal. I got the bison burger which was delicious, although, I got a really bad stomach ache later that night. My wife got the fish and chips, which she really liked."

Jacob Deklerk

"Great food and drinks. Our service was fast. Servers, bussers and other staff was very attentive and regularly checked with us on our food and drinks. Bistro seating works out pretty good during summer time. No reservation was needed for us in the month of May."

Best Of Skiing: How To Enjoy America's New Largest Ski Resort, A Guide To Park City

Staying in town ups the charm, food, retail and après options considerably, but makes it a bit harder to actually ski. There is the famous Town Lift, which runs right from Main Street, but this is is within walking distance of just a handful of properties, most notably the soon to be greatly expanded luxury residential hotel, Sky & Main. But for most people staying in Park City proper, the day starts with a shuttle bus ride to the old base area of the former PCMR, even more dated than the one at Canyons - and with virtually no public parking

One of the reasons for that is that they have gluten-free (celiac safe) Utah Sweet Onion Slivers with a spicy ranch dipping sauce. This past trip, we visited twice as it is also great for my daughter with allergies and my vegetarian husband. I ordered the Slow Roasted Turkey Melt with a side of the fantastic onion slivers.
