Hakka food is Indian Chinese cuisine and is one of my family’s favorites from the rice to the noodles to the meat dishes. Here are two of the best (in my opinion) halal Hakka options in Orlando: @bombaystreetkitchenorlando: Chicken 65 is our absolute favorite. I love the Schezwan Chicken Hakka Noodles. My kids enjoy the Basil Fried Rice. @inchins_orlando: You’ll never guess what we love here. Yes,...

Reviews Summary

Bombay Street Kitchen is celebrated for its authentic Indian street food and vibrant, cozy ambiance that evokes the feel of India. Diners praise the flavorful and fresh dishes, with many highlighting the unique options beyond typical Indian restaurant fare. However, some reviews note inconsistencies in food quality and service, with occasional issues regarding spice levels for those not accustomed to it.

"Brought a Buddy of mine here for his 1st visit experience, as someone who is quite experienced to Indian foods.

For myself, I've discovered this location when I was having dinner at Aashirwad, and seeing the promotion of its sister restaurant, Bombay Street Kitchen, and have been loyal since!

The service is friendly, hospitable, and kind as always. Thank you for that!!

Now, the foods. I really enjoy the food selection & the ambiance here more so than Aashirwad. For the reasons of the sense of street vibe & food choices, plus the cozy atmosphere. We ordered Bhatura (Puffy fried bread), Chicken Vindaloo, and Chicken Biryani (See the attached pics & vid clips) . Umm, umm, umm!! Nothing short of amazing tastes!!!

In the end, my Buddy totally agreed with me on this as a place he'll look forward to come back again, many times to come! Thank you!!! 👍 👌 👏 👏 👏"

"My friend and I came here for the first time to have a meal. We tried Indian cuisine that we seldom try. We had dinner. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very good and the waiters were very enthusiastic. The food was delicious. We also like some spicy food. It was a wonderful dinner. My friend and I were both very satisfied. We will come back to try again if we have the chance"

"A friend recommended this place, so we drove 30 minutes to try it out. The flavors were excellent but we ordered the wrong dishes and didn’t quite get what we wanted. We’ll definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Just a heads-up: some of the dishes are spicy. If you’re not sure, just ask"

I guess we’re still not over this obsession with street food. For some reason, there’s a strong attraction to any foodstuff billed as something that you might purchase from a vendor’s cart stationed on a curb in a large urban area someplace in the world. Of course, most of the restaurants that tout street fare are safely ensconced behind brick and mortar facades with the benefit of a fully outfitted professional kitchen.
