Chef is very hands-on with his business. He understands quality food and quality service, and he made us feel like we were the center of his attention for the evening. We spent about three hours enjoying the five-course tasting menu, but the time flew by anticipating the next piece of edible art.
The atmosphere was perfect as the lighting was soft, and while there was a positive buzz in the place, it was quiet enough to have a conversation comfortably. We highly recommend Dolce and will be returning."
