Reviews Summary
Mua offers a vibrant atmosphere with a live DJ and an industrial-chic design, making it a popular spot for its unique ambiance and diverse small plates. While some diners rave about dishes like the wings and vegan mac and cheese, others have noted inconsistencies in food quality and service speed. The restaurant is a great choice for groups and those seeking an energetic dining experience, though potential issues with service and restroom cleanliness have been mentioned.
"First time here, and this place was great, from the food to the service. I love the atmosphere. There was a live DJ, but the music wasn't overpowering, just enough to give off a wonderful vibe. I can't wait to go back."

"Atmosphere, off top is amazing. The DJ played hits after hits. It was great. The service wasn’t terrible, just slow and we rarely got checked on (that could also be because it was pretty busy). The food wasn’t anything to highlight. The wings, don’t sound as great when reading the description, but were very delicious. We did the burgers and they had absolutely no flavor/taste; even after adding the aioli and ketchup. The drinks were ok, the Strawberry Ginger Lemonade was more like a juice with no alcohol. The Manhattan was pure alcohol. There is a 20% gratuity charged to every check, regardless of size of party. Would go again for the vibe and wings. Restroom was atrocious. Out of the 4, one was completely backed up and the others were filthy. Pretty gross and tight fit."

"Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the San Francisco area!! We were greeted and served by the wonderful Kennisee who was very knowledgeable about the food in the restaurant and gave plenty of recommendations! We had drinks, the ribs (which were my favorite!), chicken wings, “not so Mac n cheese”, fried chicken, beetroot salad, and chips with guacamole and everything was absolutely Devine! (We had a table of 4 and shared all this food), the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was very unique and different which I loved! They also had a live dj playing! Very clean and friendly environment definitely recommend!"
