"I was so torn between a 5 and a 4. The food is lacking the extra star but everything else makes up for it. Honestly, it got the 5th star because we enjoyed it enough to go back again the day after we went. And service, time and ability to accept guests close to closing is what sold the 5 star.
First night, friend and I split the special of green bean fries (very good, reminds me of tempura/fried zucchini) nice hint of spice and a Pork Schnitzel that we split, and they were kind enough to already split the portion for us. We ended the night with a crème brûlée to celebrate my friends birthday! We also both tried the local brown ale on tap and loved it enough to buy it the next day.
Rob took great care of us for our first time and constantly checked up on us. 5 star service and atmosphere. Great portions and flavors. Felt the pork had some tough spots and pretty crunchy in others but maybe I’m being critical. Dessert was perfect.
Night two. (Next night) we split the Hawaiian kabobs and the single best western burger with upgraded garlic Parmesan fries. Enjoyed both the kabobs and burger. The burger had good flavor and was a bit dry. We had to ask for more sauce and then it was better. Fries had pretty good flavor but not a ton of garlic.
A bit less service if you sit outside, server seemed busy. But we enjoyed the air and being sat down to eat quickly. Would go back"

"Grilled Ahi was surprisingly great. We ordered a medium rare steak, but it came out a bit medium. Burger was also good if a little dry. Still a great place to get some good food if you are in Oakhurst. Staff were very quick and friendly as well."

Service was good! Server was very nice and polite.
Unfortunately, it was so loud at this place. There weren't even that many people overall, I just think it might have terrible acoustics. It was almost impossible to have a conversation.
The only other thing worth noting was the front desk/seating staff. The lady was kind of rude to us, and barely said hello. It seemed like a huge inconvenience that she had to seat people."
